  • "Travel Supplier" means any third-party provider of travel services, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, tour operators, and activity providers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Making a Booking

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit or full payment (as applicable) and issued a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2.3 Payment Terms

For most bookings, a deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Specific payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the services booked and will be communicated to you before confirmation.

2.4 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment by credit or debit card may incur a processing fee, which will be clearly communicated before payment is taken.

2.5 Price Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of the services you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the booking as canceled.

3. Changes and Cancellations

3.1 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will endeavor to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Change requests must be made in writing and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 59-45 days before departure: 50% of total booking price
  • 44-30 days before departure: 75% of total booking price
  • 29 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking price

Certain services may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

3.3 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if circumstances require. If we make a significant change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Significant changes include changes of departure date, significant change of destination, or a change to a lower standard of accommodation.

In case of a significant change, you may choose to:

  • Accept the change;
  • Accept an alternative travel service from us of equivalent or higher quality, if available; or
  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

3.4 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the following circumstances:

  • If we do not receive full payment by the due date;
  • If we are forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure); or
  • If the minimum number of participants required for a tour or service is not reached.

If we cancel your booking, you may choose to receive a full refund or accept an alternative travel service of equivalent or higher quality, if available.

4. Travel Documentation and Requirements

4.1 Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required for your journey. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your return.

4.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and other potential losses. We may require proof of insurance for certain services.

4.3 Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations and medical clearances. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional well in advance of your trip.

5. Our Responsibility

5.1 Our Commitment

We will arrange and coordinate the services described in your booking confirmation with reasonable skill and care. We will provide assistance if you experience difficulties during your journey.

5.2 Third-Party Suppliers

Many of the services that form part of your booking are provided by independent suppliers. These suppliers provide services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the acts and omissions of these independent suppliers.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any loss or damage suffered arising from your booking shall be limited to a maximum of the total cost of the relevant booking, except in cases of death, personal injury, or loss caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for any loss or damage that is:

  • Attributable to your own acts or omissions;
  • Attributable to the acts or omissions of a third party unconnected with the provision of your travel arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable;
  • Due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or
  • Due to an event which neither we nor our suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled.

6. Your Responsibility

6.1 Conduct

You must behave in a responsible, appropriate, and lawful manner during your journey. If, in our reasonable opinion or the reasonable opinion of a travel supplier, your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress, or annoyance to others, we may terminate your booking without notice, and you will be required to leave the accommodation or other service immediately. No refunds will be made, and we will have no further responsibility toward you.

6.2 Damage

You are responsible for any damage or loss you cause. You must reimburse us or our suppliers for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party.

6.3 Special Requests

If you have special requests (such as dietary requirements, room preferences, or accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking. We will pass these requests to the relevant suppliers but cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.1 During Your Journey

If you have a complaint during your journey, you must inform the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel, tour operator) and our local representative immediately so that the matter can be addressed. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact us as soon as possible.

7.2 After Your Journey

If your complaint is not resolved during your journey, you must write to us within 28 days of returning home, providing all relevant information. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to arbitration under a scheme arranged by ABTA or another similar body.

8.1 Intellectual Property
